The ACTION PLAN is billed as progress milestones are reached. One half is payable when the base case Net Worth and Cash Flow statements are complete, and one half is payable upon plan delivery (or, if your jurisdiction requires billing in arrears, after the six months of implementation).
At any time during the preparation of your ACTION PLAN, or during the six months after its delivery, you may request revisions to correct any error or misunderstanding. During that period, you may also cancel our services with immediate effect, without cause or explanation. Any requested refund will be promptly issued, in any amount up to 100% of the fees received to date toward this ACTION PLAN.
We trust that our clients are professionals and will treat us fairly, and we will do the same for you.
We ask, but do not require, that you let us know where we fell short or why we were not the best fit for your needs. We know these conversations can be difficult and are grateful to learn from your insights.
The ONGOING ACTION service is billed quarterly in arrears.
At any time during your ONGOING ACTION service, you may cancel our services with immediate effect, without cause or explanation. Any requested refund will be promptly issued, in any amount up to 100% of the last quarterly fee received toward this ONGOING ACTION service.
